You agree that any material breach of the Terms will result in irreparable harm to Inspiring Author TV for which damages would be an inadequate remedy and, therefore, in addition to its rights and remedies otherwise available at law, Inspiring Author TV will be entitled to equitable relief, including both a preliminary and permanent injunction, if such a breach occurs. You waive any requirement for the posting of a bond or other security if Inspiring Author TV seeks such an injunction.
    3. You affirm that you at least 16 years of age and are fully competent to make representation and enter into the Terms. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the Inspiring Author TV Website. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records.
    4. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended to be created with any user, member, or blogger on this Website. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, there may not be any third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
    5. You acknowledge that Website may include own or third party advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Inspiring Author TV to provide its services.
